Mauritania
Mauritania is mostly desert country with desert making 90% of the total area. Depending on an estimate there are 4% - 20% of population enslaved, mainly enemies of the government. Despive great poverty, the obesity rate among Mauritanian women is high, perhaps in part due to the local standards of beauty.
