Sweden
Sweden is a constitutional monarchy. It has 3rd lowest infant mortality in the world. In 2013, The Economist declared that the Nordic countries "are probably the best-governed in the world," with Sweden in first place. In 2013 it was estimated that 15 per cent of the population was foreign-born, and an additional five per cent of the population were born to two immigrant parents.
